MARILYN NUNES
was born in Brazil in 1984. She has been studing and practing
theatre since 1998. In 2003 she received an associated degree in
Acting and in 2007 a bachelor degree in Brazilian and American
Languages and Literatures. She worked for 7 years as a theatre
teacher in public schools and cultural centers. She also took part
as an actress, technician and/or director in many theatre groups
with different approaches: circus theatre, puppet theatre, street
theatre and intimate theatre. She did an exchange program to USA
from 2008 to 2010. In 2012 and early 2013 she did a residence at
Odin Teatret headquarter, in Denmark, in which came up the
performance Estrelas (Stars), directed by Julia
Varley.
